Loop (Fur Stitch) made with SC background- loops not cut

k hook, pink 4 ply yarn

All the odd rows are SC
All the even rows are SC, Loop Stitches... then end with SC

You hold your finger out with the yarn so you end up with about 1.5 inch loop or so. (However I imagine you can do what every size loop you want.)

When you're making the loop,
  • First you put the hook in both loops of single crochet stitch in previous row just like normal
  • Then you put the hook behind both parts of the loop and pull it through, leaving you with 3 loops on your hook. (For some reason my picture only looks like 2 loops on the hook but I think it's because one loop is stacked on top of the other.)
  • Then you complete the SC loop stitch by YO and pulling that loop through the 3 loops on the hook.
