5/10/22 Violets are blooming, quite warm.

5/10/22 Sunny 65F. At night it was still 75F at 10pm. It was supposed to rain tonight but I didn't hear it. Next week it's supposed to go down to 50s at night and 60s during the day.

Violets are blooming. Dandelions are growing well and blooming. I've been digging a bucket up of dandelions from the front yard almost every day. Not worrying about the backyard.

Red orache and kale sprouting up in clover patch I planted earlier this year at end of patio. Those greens are growing faster than the clover. Watched a youtube video by self sufficient me, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFWKVdUnrkE , where he was harvesting greens from his lawn. Pretty entertaining.

I've been watering the garden beds to counteract this heat because the seedlings are still kind of small.

Weeded and applied compost to asparagus bed.

Working on patio pots. Refilling with about 50/50 blend perlite and soil from pot. Repotted a rose and sage.
