Floret, Combo of slip stitch and DC

Similar to up and down. Worked over 2 rows. 2 st +1 + 2 for chain.

I think this is easier than "up and down".
Subtle floret like pattern in-between DC's. Florets might pop up if use smaller hook.

K hook, lavender 4 ply yarn, chain 9

1. 1 dc in 4th ch from hook, 1 dc in each chain to end
2. ch 1, skip 1 st *dc in next st, sl st in next st* repeat. sl st in tch
3. ch 3 (=1dc) skip next st, *dc in next dc, dc in sl st* repeat. dc in tch
