6/29/22 Bean and pea blossoms, lemon balm done drying

60s last night. 70 this morning but the sun was hot. Rained a little last night but not enough to measure in bucket. Flowering beans, peas, and lawn weed. Not all the magnolia peas are purple. Many of them are green or green speckled with purple. The birds really like our lawn now. There is a lot of clover flowering which attracts bugs. Mosquitos are quite ferocious once sun goes down. Didn't cut the lawn last weekend. It looks pretty ragged so will need to cut it soon.

The power greens are no good this morning so threw them away.  Last 2 weeks they were only good 3 days. This week only 2 days. I think the greens are being crushed from being packed too full in the container. I asked husband to not buy anymore as we probably have enough greens coming out of our garden. Next week going to start another batch of greens in the house. Cilantro, dill, mint, peas, mustard, nasturium, kale, radishes, beet green, new zealand spinach, volunteer leaf lettuce, thinned carrot and turnip.

6/29/22 afternoon and evening. Birds in our back lawn. Lots of nice clover. Finished drying lemon balm for my sister. Harvested some more greens.
